We hope that you will be happy with your purchase. However should you need to return any items please send them back to our returns department at the below address. We guarantee to refund or exchange any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition within 28 days of receipt.* Please note we will only refund carriage if an item is received faulty*

8. How do I care for my items?

Some people seem able to put everything in a washing machine, and it comes out perfect, and others, try as they might, end up with matted grey clothes that are a shadow of their former selves.

These are the general guidelines; however, you must check each individual garment for specific information. Normally all our shirts are washable at up to 40 degrees. After washing, hang on a non-metal hanger and allow to dry naturally. A medium iron can be used if necessary.

Our Knitwear varies depending on the yarn used, so we would stress reading the care label on each garment is very important!

As a rule of thumb our jumpers can be machine washed at 30 degrees, our total easy care merino wool range can be tumble dried but we would recommend as with most knitwear that you lay it flat and air dry. Please be sure to check each garment before washing.

9. Can I buy your garments in retail stores?

We do wholesale our range to independent retailers and would be more than happy to give you their contact details. Just email or call us at info@petergribby.co.uk or 01949 843444 and we’ll point you in the right direction.
